How do I place an order?

Select the item that you wish to purchase from our website, click on the “Add to Cart” button. You can make the payment online via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI. You will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order and shipment details.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, creating an account will help us process your order swiftly. It will also help us to better the community in future.

Which credit/debit cards does Kanakadhara accept?

At present we accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards (both Indian and International) only. The other mode of payment is Online Bank Transfers and UPI

How long does the delivery take?

For domestic shipping — 8 to 10 working days

For International shipping —10 to 15 working days

Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we do deliver to most locations outside India. Shipping times vary between 10 to 15 days, depending on your location.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status online by logging into My Account.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Your order passes through the following states before it finally enters the ‘Shipped’ state: a) Processing: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed. b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications. c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

Can you gift wrap a saree?

Yes, you can. An additional charge of INR 50 will be charged once you select the gist wrap option while placing your order.

What if my order is not delivered on the estimated date?

The timeline mentioned on the website is approximated. While we try our best to ensure you will receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee the same, as some factors beyond our control can come into play.
